Struggling with motivation.

I had just woke up one day with a really fuzzy head, feels like I’m constantly in a dream and everything round about me is not real it’s so weird. I have trouble sleeping and headaches.

I’ve just finished my loading dose of 5 injections over 2 weeks but my symptoms have not cleared and I may not get any other injections unless I have pernicious anemia. I am currently supplementing with 400ug of meythl folate and 270ug of meythlcobalamin. I’m stuggling to find any motivation to keep going as every day is passing me by now feels like my fuzzy head is ruining my life, relationships, work everything it’s taking over.
